In partnership since 2009, friends Chris Wayland and Jo Rasenberg continue to lead from the front, working together with our close team. Holly heads up our marketing and events, bringing her energy and enthusiasm for the perfect client experience. Tom our head chef is the power house that drives forward the kitchen brigade. Our core team brings together an eclectic mix of many years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry.

Chris Wayland

Let’s introduce you to Chris – Chris has an extraordinary CV, starting his career with Prue Leith (The Great British Bake off and the Great British Menu).

He has worked on the Orient Express, Leith’s Restaurant (1 Michelin Star), many of the Royal Palaces and 10 Downing Street. Chris held executive chef roles at The Law Society, Hatfield House and Somerset House.

Chris later became a food design consultant. Chris’ main focus is now developing our ‘Food For Business’ division, but is still very much involved in overseeing our production and events.

Jo Rasenberg

Now over to Jo. Planning and organisation is Jo’s forte! Ensuring the smallest details are considered with a warm and friendly service.

Working closely with Holly, they will be the first point of contact for all new clients.

With more than 20 year’s experience in front of house hospitality, our clients can feel assured that front and back of house work seamlessly together.

When it comes to events, we open our ‘little black book’ of incredible freelance chefs, catering event managers and front of house staff who come together to build our team! Many of whom have been working with us for many years and know the Hibiscus ethos as well as we do. Our team are incredibly friendly, professional, well presented and truly are a credit to us!
