How do I place an order?
Just click on the ‘order Supper Club’ button above. This will take you to our online booking form where you can provide all of your details, make you menu selections and make payment. Our weekly bookings go live on a Monday morning for that week’s deliveries on Friday and Saturday. We usually sell out quickly so don’t delay in booking. Our bookings close 1pm on Wednesdays (if there is still availability) to ensure we have time to place all of our orders for ingredients etc. You can also find links to our booking for on our facebook and Instagram pages.
Please can you add me to your weekly mailing list?
Yes of course. On our booking form there is a little box you can tick if you would like to be added to our weekly update. This email is sent out on a Monday morning and provides info on that weeks menu, delivery areas and direct link to our booking form.
Does everyone have to order the same meal?
No, absolutely not! Imagine you are in a restaurant looking at the menu, each person can then choose whatever they like from that week’s selection. Some items for main courses have slightly different cooking times, so if you’re looking for the most simplicity in cooking your main course then you may want to choose the same dish.
When we are running a ‘Feasting Menu’ everyone will have the same and is more of a sharing menu with lots of dishes. There is of course the option for a veggie version if required. Please book according to how many meat eaters/vegetarians you are feeding.
What do I do when my delivery arrives?
Place your order straight in your fridge. Check out the instructions and allergy information included within your deliver bag. When you are ready, just follow the instructions for heating, cooking and serving. Your food should be eaten on the day of delivery. Et voila!
Our ‘Feasting Menus’ can be eaten the day after delivery, so work really well if you are planning on hosting a lunch party on Saturday or Sunday.
Why are you offering a supper club?
With our event catering business on hold and knowing that lots of people are getting a bit fed up with cooking, we thought this was the perfect solution! Providing fully prepared and super easy meals that our clients can serve at home – delivered to your door!
I can’t see my area on your delivery schedule?
Don’t panic, we will always try and add new delivery areas where there is demand and where we can logistically get to. Just send us an email email@example.com or give us a call 01494 674584 and we will try to add your area wherever possible to our delivery route!
Can I gift a meal to my friends and family?
Yes, this has been a really popular idea. For loved ones celebrating special occasions or just a ‘we are thinking of you’ gift. You can place an order on their behalf to be delivered directly to them within our delivery areas or order a gift voucher! Just click the ‘gift voucher button’ at the top of this page, you can then order Supper Club meals, plus additional treats too. We will then send you your gift voucher tokens (usually within one working day) for you to send on to the recipient. When the recipient is ready to place an order they just need to get in touch with us by email to place their order. Just send us an email for further info firstname.lastname@example.org
Which days does supper club deliver?
At the moment Supper Club delivers on Fridays and Saturdays. Although we may offer additional special dates over the coming weeks, keep an eye out on our social media for updates.
What time will my delivery arrive?
We aim to make our first deliveries at 11am on your chosen day and hope to be all done by 4pm.
What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 3 days before delivery. We will then issue you with a credit for the total order value which you will be able to use within 3 months.
