Whether it’s an event for 10 or 500 the same rules apply. It starts with fresh ingredients that are sourced from local and sustainable sources. Over the years we have developed great relationships with our suppliers and in turn they supply us with great ingredients and service. Buying locally helps to reduce our carbon foot print and allows us to visit our suppliers regularly.
We use as much British seasonal produce as possible and use modern methods and contemporary presentation techniques.
Our range of menu’s include canapés, finger food, hot and cold buffets, bowl food & tasting plates, working lunches, bbq’s, picnics and fine dining.
Our menus are available on request and can always be adapted to your specific requirements, creating something unique and personal to you.
